THE FOUNDER:
Anju Bhandari
Anju founded Social Studios LA after growing up immersed in the world of social media and refining her expertise in the industry. She began her journey in Honolulu, Hawaii, running a viral Twitter account, editing music videos for Facebook, creating beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content on YouTube, and sharing her own lifestyle posts on Instagram and TikTok. While studying at UCLA, she dove deep into social media and public relations, taking on every relevant role she could find—from running her sorority’s social media to working alongside a lifestyle influencer to joining the social media marketing team at NatureLab Tokyo.
Her professional experience includes collaborating with marketing teams at major brands like BÉIS and Liquid I.V., where she contributed to content creation, innovative marketing strategies, and social media campaigns that elevated their online presence. With a strong focus on engaging content—ranging from organic posts and paid media to viral User-Generated Content (UGC)—she’s helped brands achieve impressive results, including generating $190,000 in GMV in one month and $513,400 in GMV over five months on TikTok Shop.
Driven by her passion for social media marketing and content creation, Anju transitioned into freelancing, and as her client base grew, she realized the power of collaboration. That’s when Social Studios LA was born—a Social Media Creative Agency in Los Angeles, fueled by a team of passionate, creative individuals dedicated to making an impact on social media.
